Premium Discount Program Plus

This Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) sponsored discount, applied to yearly workers’ comp premium rates, is 10% for the first two years and 5% for the third. Additional rebates of up to 20% can be earned by meeting performance standards. 

To participate, employers must adopt and implement the BWC 10-Step Business Plan emphasizing safety and return to work practices (some of which you may already be doing). Review each requirement in the BWC 10-Step Business Plan and see how close you are to completing this requirement.
