Sheakley E-Training Solutions is a business creation derived from a sister company, Sheakley UniComp, a nationally accredited Managed Care Company for medical case management. With UniComp employing many Registered Nurses, and the current national aging population, it seemed a fit for those skilled professionals to develop training modules for others who were interested in serving the field of care giving without pursuing a formal degree.  Sheakley E-Training Solutions has taken it a step further by creating an on-line version to give the in-home care agencies another way to offer a training solution without the need for a lot of preparation time and incurring a loss of precious client care time.

All of our continuing education modules are written by R.N.s who have specific experience in home health care, long term care, and hospital nursing. Our training modules consist of specific diagnoses that are affecting many adults these days, and further educate other key skill areas that are needed to work closely with a client.  The continuing education content meets JCAHO and most individual state requirements.

Ultimately, our goal is to increase your staff’s skills and to decrease the amount of time to teach it!
