Reimbursement Schedule

For faxed claims:

  • Claims received after 5:00 pm ET on Wednesday through 5:00 pm ET on Monday will be included in the following Wednesday check run.
  • Claims received after 5:00 pm ET on Monday through 5:00 pm ET on Wednesday will be included in the following Friday check run.
For mailed claims:
  • Claims received in our office Wednesday – Friday will be reimbursed the following Wednesday check run.
  • Claims received in our office on Monday – Tuesday will be reimbursed the following Friday check run.
(Check run days may vary due to employer schedule.)


Important Reminders
  • If you have direct deposit, please allow 3 business days from the payment date for the deposit to appear in your account.
  • If your plan allows direct deposit and you would like to take advantage of it, please attach a copy of a voided check to your first claim form of the year. Sheakley cannot accept written information or copies of deposit slips. If you currently have direct deposit set up and you have no changes to your banking information, you do not need to send a copy of a voided check as the information will roll over into the new year.
  • If reimbursement of your Flexible Spending claim is issued directly from your employer, the payment date listed may vary.
  • If participating in the Dependent Care Account, complete Form 2441 with your tax return.
