Medical Bill Management
Sheakley Vocational Services LLC (SVS) offers Worker’s Compensation Medical Bill Management services for employers participating in the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation $15,000.00 Medical Only Program.

With SVS Medical Bill Repricing, our proprietary medical billing software will review provider bills received against an array of parameters for determination of proper billing and make adjustments based on our PPO Network or BWC fee schedule. An analysis report is then generated and returned to the employer for payment to the provider.

SVS can also serve as Account Manager and submit the necessary data requirements for the MMSEA Section 111 Medicare Secondary Payer Mandatory Reporting for Liability Insurance (including Self-Insurance), No-Fault Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation. SVS will uphold Medicare standards to the highest degree of integrity and quality with regards to the accuracy of the required Medicare filings.
