- Lump Sum Settlements

We aggressively pursue the possibility of handicap reimbursement for pre-existing conditions in any applicable claim. Our full time handicap reimbursement team specializes in evaluating claims for any of the BWC approved pre-existing conditions, obtaining supporting medical documentation, and filing for and securing awards for your account.
- Assistance in Accident Investigation
Sheakley provides assistance in the decision making process on certification of claims, wage continuation, return to work options, independent medical evaluations, and vocational rehab. Sheakley will also submit the necessary appeals and motions with approval from the employer.
- Rate Forecasting
Sheakley’s customized claims management system allows account managers to document all claim related data, including individual compensation, medical payments and claims activity. Our exclusive data system has the ability to customize reports to meet your individual needs. All reports can be created and distributed to you via fax, e-mail or regular mail and are provided in Word or Excel formats. Additionally, Sheakley’s detailed rate forecast report utilizes all current claims data obtained from the BWC to provide projections on future workers’ compensation premiums. This report allows our account managers to use a variety of claim scenarios in order to help our clients determine appropriate claims actions and maximize premium savings.
