Drug-Free Safety Program
Employers making a commitment to drug testing and employee assistance programs could be eligible for Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) discounts of 3 -7% off workers' compensation premiums. The discount level provided is determined by the BWC, based on the program that has been established by the employer (Basic and Advanced). Please Note: Companies that receive a Group Rating discount are now eligible to receive the additional DFSP discount (3% discount with Advanced Level).

Qualifying participants may also be eligible for a grant from the BWC for implementation costs associated with staff education and supervisor training.

Drug & Alcohol Compliance Program Development

(Including Ohio BWC Drug-Free Safety Program)

Our program will assist you with the development of your Drug & Alcohol Compliance program. The Ohio BWC DFSP program must be implemented within 90 days of your program period start date.

    • Initial Supervisor Training - 2 hours

    • Refresher Supervisor Training - 1 hour

    • Employee Educational - 1 hour

    • Train the Trainer (To Train your Employees and Supervisors)

    • Set-up of an Occpational Clinic or Onsite Testing

•   Employee Assistance Referral

•   Drug-Free Safety Assist*
