Health & Safety Services
Our consultative services include facility risk assessments, assistance with implementation of new safety programs, state and federal regulation compliance review and safety team/committee development and training.
Thousands of workplace accidents occur daily. It is crucial for organizations to educate their employees and supervisors on safe work practices, as well as how to prepare for, prevent and resolve accidents. We can help you and your team build a safety culture with training on OSHA requirements, CPR and first aid, DOT compliance, forklift training, lock-out tag out, confined space entry and more.
This program offers a premium rebate to eligible employers for integrating drug free efforts into the workplace that help prevent on-the-job injuries and illnesses that occur from the use and misuse of alcohol and drugs at work. Participants who meet BWC requirements can receive 4% to 7% premium rebates. These requirements include employee and supervisor training, implementing drug/alcohol testing, and creating written policies. We offer consultative and training services to assist with the implementation of this program.
Sheakley offers expert safety training throughout the state of Ohio. We are able to offer several types of sessions: regional, on-site, webinar and online via our Virtual University.
